Dragan Kujundzic was born on April 02, 1964 in Tuzla. He graduated on the Faculty of Law in Belgrade in 1988 where he also enrolled in postgraduate studies in the area of criminal law. He passed judicial state exam in 1995. He has been working in the Ministry of Interior from January 10 1991. He worked in the Directorate for Fight against Crime in the Secretariat of Belgrade until 1998 and then he worked in the Department for the Public Peace and Order in the Uniformed Police Directorate as the Head of Division for the Public Peace and Order and Department for the Control of the Legality of Work in the Secretariat of Belgrade as inspector, deputy head of department and head of department. On October 15, 2003, he started working as an Assistant to the Head of General Inspector Unit of the Department for Public Safety of the Ministry of Interior.  In the Internal Affairs Sector he worked as the Head of Division  - Centre Belgrade, Head of Unit for Coordination of the Work of the Centers, Deputy Head of the Directorate for Internal Control and Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Sector. He finished several courses in the area of work of MoI and he was participant at numerous conferences, seminars and round tables in the area of internal control of the police and fight against corruption.  He was awarded a higher rank of lieutenant colonel in 2005. He is a lecturer in criminality and police studies and security skills on the Criminal Police Academy. Married and has two children
